When a fatal accident occurred on Labor Day weekend, leaving two teenagers seriously injured and one dead, Deborah Potter spoke to ABC7 News on her client’s behalf. Still too distraught to talk publicly about the loss of their son, Shawn Gangloff’s parents deferred comments to their private attorney, Deborah Potter. She told ABC7 News that toxicology results showed Gangloff was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but rather simply made the wrong decision to catch a ride home with a drunk driver.
